The GAME MASTER
Responsibilities:
Primary Function The Game Master is the subject matter expert for a particular game and is responsible for managing and building the game's community.
Responsibilities Player retention and management * Document and report feedback given by players for continuous improvement of game and game's processes and procedures
* Address player concerns regarding the game, and refer account-related/ technical questions to the proper channels
* Management of player guilds in the community
* Manage effective communication between games and the gaming community through different avenues including in-game messaging and gaming forums
* Process and/ or facilitate in-game events
* Process and/ or facilitate needed tasks for promos/ premium services, such as prize insertion, item recovery, tracking winners online, and others
Participation in outdoor/offline events specific to the game
Game testing * Perform bug hunting during game launch implementation and for patch releases
* Perform hack testing to ensure a hack-free game
* Perform server testing after every maintenance
Game & forum monitoring * Monitor game for offenders (players violating game policies and Terms of Use agreement), and enforce game policies
* Monitor game for possible game disturbances and imbalances which may or may not have resulted from said offenses, document them, and remedy them
* Monitor forums for offenders (forum members violating policies), and in-game offenders reported by forum members, and enforce policies
* Document and report current in-game/ forum community and technical issues
Additional Tasks: Assist with needed game mastering tasks in other products
Requirements:Education: Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Experience:At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Online/Web activities preferrably MMORPG or related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Community-management experience in the gaming industry is a plus

Willingness to work graveyard shift when required
